Pasadena Siren Testing Scheduled for FEBRUARY 8, 2025, AT 12NOON
The test consists of TWO LONG siren alerts (3 minutes each), one right after the other.
Saturday, February 8, at Noon. Sirens are located throughout Pasadena, from Hwy 225 to El Jardin Beach. Because these sirens are new installations, this test is necessary to calibrate all the software systems for this one-time setup.
There is no need for shelter during this test.
Moving forward AFTER this weekend, Pasadena, Deer Park, and LaPorte emergency sirens are all scheduled to test regularly on Saturdays at NOON with a 1-minute siren alert.
